Registration

Registration will be open from 8:00am on Monday July 15 and 22, and from 9:00am any other day. Please come early to pick up your registration material because courses will start at 9:00am sharp!

Coffee and Lunch Breaks

The coffee and lunch breaks will take place in Building 12, in the large open space outside the Auditorium.

Poster Sessions

There will be two poster sessions that will take in the foyer of Building 12 on Tuesday July 16 and Tuesday July 23 starting during the coffee break at 15:30. Participants presenting a poster are invited to attach their posters to the available poster boards before the sessions and leave them there for the whole school duration. The assigned poster board will be made known to them during registration. Poster presenters are also invited to be near their poster board during the sessions so that they can present their poster to other interested participants.

The poster should be no more than 841mm wide and 1189mm tall (size A0) in portrait orientation. We will provide tape to hold the posters to panels. Please do not make a poster larger than the recommended size.

CLAIRE Rising Researchers Network Workshop

The day before ESSAI starts, CLAIRE Rising Researchers Network is organizing a workshop for the attendees. The first part focuses on mental health in academia and starts with a panel discussion aimed at addressing the mental health challenges faced by Ph.D. students and young researchers. Topics could include: coping with stress and anxiety; Balancing work and personal life; Handling critical feedback and publication pressures; Promoting a supportive academic culture.
